Receptionist
Jacqui is the latest addition to our team! She has many years of experience in the optical field, as well as extensive knowledge of insurance plans and programs. Jacqui will always greet you with a smile and impress you with her thoroughness and efficiency!
Judy
Ophthalmic Assistant
Judy has 6 years of experience working with patients in eyecare practices. Her expertise ranges from performing important testing for glaucoma to teaching contact lens care and assisting our doctors in everything they do. Judy's warm cheerfulness will put you at ease during your examination; she is truly an integral part of our patient care team!
Sonya
Optician
Sonya is a licensed optician, with over 10 years of experience in all areas of eyecare. Her specialty is helping patients select eyewear that looks great, and lenses that are the best for their prescription and lifestyle. Sonya has extensive technical knowledge and a great fashion sense; with her knowledge of what looks great and fits right she will have you walking out looking fantastic and seeing great with your new glasses!
Maureen
Maureen, our insurance and billing specialist, comes to us after 33 years at Aetna (the "other side", so to speak), so she has extensive knowledge and experience with all types of third-party and managed care issues. She's a very important member of our team approach to serving our patients.
Barbara
You may not see Barbara that much, but she's the "behind the scenes" anchor of our practice, and she helps us deliver the best patient care possible. Barbara has run many other professional and medical offices before, but she tells us that TotalVision is her hands-down favorite! Our new office never would have gotten off the ground without her!
